Product returns


You have the right to return the products you bought or to request their replacement within 14 working days from the date of receipt, either because  Did you encounter a problem with the ordering process or a problem with a product, or because you changed your mind?

The products that are made to the dimensions of each customer and are a special order are not returned.

 

Products for return-replacement will be accepted  if they are accompanied by all their documents and the receipt of sale, they must be accompanied by their packaging and must not have been damaged by weather.

 

Cases  with proven fault of JeanBox.gr

a) wrong products were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment)

b) there was a problem / actual defect in the product (operation or quality) covered by the product warranty.

The product to be returned-replacement must be accompanied by the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.), be in the condition received by the customer and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and has not received alterations from weather phenomena, etc.

In these cases, after receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible, assuming any costs of transport, return of the old and shipping of the new product. You can also request either a replacement with another product, or a refund of the money you have paid us.  

 

Conditions for cases of change of opinion

In case you change your mind and wish to return the products you bought, the products should not have been used, should be in the condition they were received, complete and without damage, their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies them, it has not been damaged by weather conditions and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied them (eg DAT, Ap. Retail, etc.) upon delivery. In this case, you undertake the shipping cost of its return, as well as the shipping cost of the new product.  

In products that are characterized after order, returns are not accepted as the company enters exactly the quantity ordered by the customer.

Ways of Return - Replacement:

You can return - replace a product in our JeanBox Men's Fashion store for free or we can pick it up from your place:

- in case of a problem in the ordering process or the product itself - free of charge

- if it concerns a change of opinion:

To receive it from us, you will be informed by phone about the cost of collection

By shipping of your choice at your own expense.

Money Back in Product Refund cases:

In the case of product returns, the refund is made in one of the following ways:

by canceling your credit card debit or 

- with a refund by deposit in a bank account within 30 working days after receiving and checking the products ..
